Gramin Dak Sevak Vibhag GDS Vacancy Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria are based on the qualification, age and other criteria of Select process of which the candidates may be notified during filling online application.

Age Limit Criteria: The Age limit is determined on the basis of the social category, the minimum age criteria is 18 years and the maximum age is up to 40 years. Subject to relaxations as per category. 

Permissible age relaxation: For SC category the maximum age relaxation is up to 5 years , for the OBC candidates, it is up to 3 years, while for EWS no age relaxation. and for the PWD candidates it is up to 15 years. 

Educational Qualification: As per recent notification the minimum qualification should be 10th pass, although Secondary School Examination pass certificate of 10th standard with passing marks in Mathematics and English conducted by any recognized Board of School Education is Preferred. 

Other Qualification: Computer Knowledge, Knowledge of Cycling/two wheeler vehicle
